Have to say - Look no further than this diamond of a place (even if you re a small non trade customer). I went along with a sketch for a wall mounted outside shelter roof I needed to make. The staff were very patient with my non technical names of things and found/advised on the most suitable materials for a 'simple' DIY job. Way, way the best customer service in a long while. Just don't bother hawking around Wickes/B&Q - go to this very Customer orientated supplier instead. Will save you loads of time and money - and also may give you better ideas 'cos they know their business.

Fantastic service! Even though service times are limited during the lockdown, the guys in there are always willing to help and sort out what you need. Highly recommended and will be my first port of call in the future.

The service I recieved this week from Hitchcock & King was superb. One of the items I needed was out of stock but the super helpful assistant phoned another branch for me & sorted it out. They delivered promptly and for a very reasonable delivery charge. Also I needed some advice on some products and the assistant was very knowledgable and helpful. I will be using them again and would highly recommend them. Thanks for your help H&K.
