    Such a rubbish policy and unpleasant experience I had not happy at all I bought timbers 2 days ago which I had to return the lady on the till told me to bring the original receipt which I had in my phone and my card with me from which I paid. They were very rude telling me that we are not accepting this who on earth will carry this small receipt anywhere in UK a standard return policy is to show the original card that you paid or a picture of receipt in phone. Such a waste of time. Never I gonna come back again.

    I visited the store to return a product which the head office had confirmed over the phone to the manager (Mustafa) which he was happy with. When I walked over to the customer service desk I saw two men. One was a manager and the other was a staff member who was on his mobile phone playing games. I stood there for 5 minutes then I said excuse me can you help me with the paint which I need to return. The so called manager came with a rude attitude. He said what the problem I than explained the issue and also told him that the staff member was on the phone and I had to wait over five minutes. Manager replied I don't care as long as he does his job. I than said to him how this is how you treat your customers I will speak to head office. He walked off and continued to swear at me. Clearly he isn't fit for his role. Store CCTV is proof of the events Customer services are useless just like the branch. They advised that they will call back in 24 hours. Still haven't received anything. Clearly they just hire any one of the streets.

    I would strongly advise against buying from Wickes Hendon. The service was chaotic from start to finish. Their suppliers failed to communicate delivery dates and times, leaving me to repeatedly chase for basic information. One supplier, Towelrads, even delivered my order without the necessary fixtures and fittings. This experience has been extremely frustrating, and I would not purchase from Wickes again.

    Very poor store. I never can get there paint what I need. They haven't got main paints. Bad management of this store.

    very rude store manager with name tag Lindsay, I was buying paint i got 2 heavy paints 10 litres I was asking for help if someone can help me put the heavy paint in the car she started shouting at me accusing me of being rude, while i just asked for help and she said if I carry on like this she would refuse to sell me the items. All I did was ask for help.

    Bought laminate on click and collect. Arrived to find order on a trolley all ready and friendly staff member loaded into my car. Can't get better than that for service!

    It is an absolute joke here. It seems everyone is afraid of answering the phones in all departments?? Now I have to drive all the way there to get an answer . The sub contractors they give the kitchen fitting to be done are also useless and dont answer text or calls. after being promised our kitchen done before Christmas I can't see that happening. We wish we had never used wickes

    I would like to say a massive thank you to Alim, Bilal, Alon and Darell for their outstanding customer service today in the Hendon Store. This is the first time that I have experienced such fantastic customer service in a DIY store. I needed help to carry some tiles to my car and all 4 of them helped me to check the tiles and load them into the car. I needed 2 extra boxes and they got the forklift to get them for me. This is not something that I have experienced anywhere else. These staff are an asset to Wickes and I will definitely be going back there in the future.
