Went in today to get a battery fitted in my wife's watch and a link removed from my rheumatism bracelet and was in and out within 10 minutes. Lovely lady served me and will definitely be back

The lady could not have been better. Always ready to help with my questions about my jewellery. She taught me a lot. I miss her now I have moved and just hope I can find a replacement near my home in Wisbech, Cambridgeshire.
Don't go to get your watch repaired here. Have been twice first time tried to get me to have watch cleaned and a new part fitted when all it needed was a new battery. Second time a minor job to glass face when collected watch no longer worked. Will NEVER go there again.
Took a couple of multi-metal rings here for resizing. absolutely amazing work! Lovely staff, great prices. Very happy and will be going back for other jewellery in the future! :) Can't recommend enough
Cannot believe how good this place is, took my watch in for repair as the glass was badly scratched, other places said nothing could be done due to its age. Asked them to order me a new glass for it, Derek simply polished the scratches out!. Flippin amazing guy, well done.
