Absolutely fantastic service from Sutton Branch. I made a mistake with my order but it was quickly rectified by the local branch. I've dealt with Marc, who was patient and understanding and successfully executed my order. Our delivery driver, Lee, was kind enough to drop the order right on our doorstep. Had ordered materials online, to be delivered yesterday, i received an email tge day prior that was put bk for delivery Saturday, went to collect, only to find out, out of stock.. A waste of my morning, and had to rush around and find elsewhere.. Please check stock.

Always helpful. Guy loaded the forklift so I could easily transfer goods into my car without having to bend down or lug around the yard.
The yard team are very efficient and friendly one of the best I go to. Unfortunately the team inside let them down. Normally only one person at the till who happily chats away to the customers while a long que builds up. People are sitting behind tapping on computers and rarely open up another till. I've just spent 15 minutes waiting because of this exact situation
