   Had a great in person visit to the showroom in Fulham where all staff were attentive and helped identify where I could find the items I was interested in purchasing from the number of catalogs they have available. I also wanted to highlight the fantastic service I received from Andrew Martin (Drew) when ordering a number of items. Drew was able to ensure delivery occurred ASAP and responded to my queries regarding sizing within a timely manner. If i were to decorate another bathroom I would definitely choose to use Bathroom Discount Centre as the whole process was smooth and easy - exactly what you want as a customer.

   Been working with the BDC team for years and they’ve been great every time. Customer service is fantastic – they really look after you, not just during the order process but with aftercare as well. A separate thanks to Chantal - we had some issues with the project we finished over a year ago; she was super helpful and did her best to resolve this, so the clients were happy. Huge variety of products, competitive pricing, and deliveries always turn up when they should. They make the whole process easy, which is exactly what’s needed on site.

   We have a bathroom that is so small, it cannot accommodate a bath. Hence it's a shower room rather than a bathroom. I spent over £8k at BDC plus another £2k on tiles and over £8k on fitting. What a total disaster it's all turned out to be. The shower floods on a more than weekly basis as the trap is too narrow and cannot accommodate the volume of water generated by the (completely standard) shower head and blocks up with hair on a daily basis. BDC advised me to put the shower on 3/4 rather than full to reduce the flow. Seriously? I have fitted mesh, filters and plastic traps to try and catch the hair before it blocks the trap but these just narrow the escape route for the water even more and generate a new place for hair to block the outlet. The tiles discolour EVERY TIME the shower the shower is used and have to be cleaned with an industrial cleaner. BDC say this shouldn't happen. It does. They said you don't need to seal them. I sealed them with six coats of sealant in the hope it would make a difference. It didn't. The kit that I bought is lovely and the salesman was friendly, patient and supportive, but at the end of it all, I now have a beautiful £18,000 shower room that you cannot take a shower in.
