   Had to come in in a rush to replace a shower head and Asher, the store manager, was brilliant despite my coming in 20 mins before closing time. I had the screw fitting from the broken head and she helped find one that fitted in a really timely and efficient manner. If you see this, Asher, I won't need to come back because the shower head fitted perfectly and works perfectly. THANK YOU.

   Cheap and cheerful. I experienced a very helpful member of staff who went above and beyond. Never had any issues here, only issues that were the fault of Screwfix distribution. When this has occurred, the staff immediately remedied the situation. Impressed.

   Ordered something in even though it stated it was available, turn up the next day to collect only to be told it won’t be there until after 12 even after I asked when it will be In and was told the morning. Always this store!!

   Terrible customer service. 4 people ahead of me at the “click & collect” counters - none of which had pre-ordered….mind you there were 3 c&c counters and only one for “walk ins”.

   Atrocious customer service. Having walked for 30 minutes in abysmal weather to the Fulham store with a damaged wardrobe hinge that I was intending to replace, the "assistant" presented a catalogue of their stock, found the page on cabinet hinges and asked me to make a selection from the minuscule drawings printed on it. He told me that he couldn't possibly walk to the store room (immediately behind him) and take 1 of each hinge in order to find a matching part. Isn't this what staff in hardware shops are paid to do? Or does Screwfix pay their staff to just point and shrug their shoulders? To add insult to injury, he suggested I visit the nearby hardware store, which was closed at the time. Why employ useless, lazy staff like these? 'Screwfix'? Their name says all you need to know.

   Not impressed. Screwfix would not refund the money for a radiator valve that what returned unused and unopened and with a receipt.

   I like Screwfix (am Electrician/Plumber) but purpose of my visit was to return a broken LAP dimmer. Not in stock, will waste 2 hours plus (travel, 2 visits) on this one. Can't charge customer. Sorry from store manager?? Come on Screwfix better quality control.
