   Went in to get 8no cross tees each of 1200 & 600 from CCF Borehamwood,was told they do not split boxes.But at other branches they do split boxes.I was working 100yds from depot at Sy films studios,had to go to South Ruislip 2 hour round trip to pick up 16 cross tees.That’s what you get for having an account with CCF for over 35 years,smacks of laziness and inefficiency from warehouse workers and management not strong enough. BRS ceilings & partition

   Slow and uncaring about collecting customers. Lorry’s always come first average 1 hour wait for collection. Shame we have used ccf for years.

   Very expensive got charged £5.55 for 2.4m 50mm studs. I get the same from Encon for £ 3.00.
