Went to visit on 16/03/24. First off very welcoming moment you walk in met the very knowledgeable staff member running the trade counter who knows what's what,tbh like we would call it a thingy majeg or a what's your call it , with this on hand managed to bo what part is required and sorted, then on to the showroom, very impressive showroom full range from all ranges and styling, and designed well and helpful staff once again, great service all round.
Staff are really miserable and unfriendly. Both times I've been there, I've felt really unwelcome and uncomfortable. They made me feel I was inconvenicing the sales person for being in the shop. That is when they bother to speak to you. There is no greeting. You can stand there for a few minutes in front of the counter, without being acknowledged at all. It's also overpriced compared to other similar places.
Received outstanding customer service today when me and my daughter wanted to purchase some materials for our gardener in the Barnet store and spoke to Hugh over the phone and he said all the things we wanted to buy was in stock and would do his best to deliver as soon as possible. Advised that he could not accept payment over the phone so we went into the store and was extremely happy with the service with the owner who when we explained that we would be coming back to some of the sand, when I gave the postcode. He quickly went to ask a member of staff called Les if he didn't mind dropping some stuff nearby. I was blown away when he answered yes. The local store giving global and exceptional customer service never to be under estimated again., going over and above what I expected. Will definitely shop more local from now on and intend to spread the word with friends and family. aswell. Thank you to all the staff you made me and my daughters day even better.
Really helpful staff, I wasn't sure what the builder wanted when he asked me to pop there for him, when I got to the shop the chap in then yard (Dean I think) helped me with what I needed and advised me on what to do with the garden fence panels and timber and sold me the correct items to do the job - even helped me load the van - thanks! The bloke at the counter [think his name is Matt] was very attentive and polite too - I would recommend this Company not only for the products but it's customer service - well done lads..
Over priced on copper tube, also went for a bucked and bag of ready mix cement had neither in stock Disappointing
Expensive, tub of flux alomst double price !!! , slow ,one person serving on trade counter 5 people waiting for ages ! Sort it out fayers , more trade counter service
