Very impressed with the service I received today at Lawsons. Found Dave the branch manager very helpful in the design of structure in my garden, even though it was a small structure.
Paul was extremely helpful today in our search for fencing panels at New Malden.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS! They didn't let me park inside the yard then they put me to carry 12 bags of building sand to my van outside the yard to load my van. Told them that I can't carry them and the guy from the yard started to speak very rude. I have to use other place as costumer services was 0 here.
Ordered got bumped to another Lawson as Dave wanted a bigger delivery then assured me I would get it before 12 its now 2:11 still no delivery
Recently started using Lawsons. Usually use Selco. Really impressed at the service level and response time of the team at this branch. I’ve been working on a tight schedule with some projects. I’ve been ordering via email and communicating with David. Service level is exceptional. Competitive prices and delivery without a fuss. Have an account with them for years, one of their yard staff was extremely rude to me today including swearing at me. Lost my temper the shop boys are great. That's me finished with lawsons in Merton.
Great selection of materials and the timber is of really good quality and straight. The team there are very friendly and approachable and you get a real sense of the customer matters which these days can very lacking. A real credit to the company.
