Staff totally uninterested in even a polite greeting. No surprise after meeting the rude manager Swati. Waited five minutes to collect both my orders without service. Went & found the said manager on her phone doing very little. She was adamant that I had to present order number even though my 2016 iPhone SE was rebooting, down to 2% charge and not showing emails. Terrible attitude, terrible service. Get another job as you clearly should not have contact with the public.

Terrible experience. B&Q pride themselves on being able to mix paint to order, but not only was the service absolutely useless, but when we were finally assisted we were turned away by the 2 b&q representatives saying that they did not know how to use the machine and told us to go else where. Very disappointing and a seriously poor experience. You won't see us again. 0 stars!
