   I have very bad experience to the cutting the wood first they don’t cut precisely secondly I booked to cut some cuts one day before but they didn’t cut those people are nightmare they ask me to come again tomorrow I went next day it was even worse is not worth to visit this selco store now I didn’t visit them since I’m planning to cancel my trade account with selco

   I WOULD HAVE TO AGREE WITH THE PREVIOUS REVIEWS ABOUT THE WANDSWORTH BRANCH. The incompetency level at this store is at an all time high. Some of the staff don’t even know what they are doing. They are literally just there to get paid. They are lazy, they don’t know half the products they sell at their store, they are slow at responding and getting things done. I’ve made several orders with the store and every time I do I’m always shouting or arguing or complaining about something. I’ve not had one smooth transaction with this company. Apart from the second time when I made a purchase with Cyril. I’ve ordered items at the store and over the phone that have been damaged. And the store hasn’t removed it. There’s no quality checks made on the items before they send it out to you if you order on the phone or at the store. The only helpful person that has taken the time to understand me is Cyril the rest of the team. Sorry to say are just useless. This will be my last interaction with this store I will be taking my business elsewhere. Has it doesn’t take 4 days to get a delivery of items or a collection of unwanted items. This is not a small Selco neither and they can’t get things done quick enough. It’s a shame that the local store has so many difficulties and bad reviews. The people whom have been dealing with my complaints and still nothing gets done unless I kick up a fuss is Ray (trade sales supervisor) somewhat helpful to an extent but could be a bit more hands on Rob (transport Manager), somewhat helpful Jerome (shopfloor Manager) shouldn’t even be a manger he can’t manage his team Cyrille (duty manager) on the phone. Very helpful and has been the only reason why I’ve been back

   This is their worst branch ever. The officials there are bad in dealing with their customers, and you have to tell them that you have a discount, and they usually raise the prices and tell you that we made a discount for you on the materials. I have a trid account there, and the service is very slow. I do not recommend them at all. Bad experience over 5 years With them I would need to close my account with them as well

   Never met so many miserable, unhelpful and uninterested staff when trying to deliver an articulated lorry load of goods in all my years. Especially considering my HGV was blocking the road. Giving one star is being generous.

   Very ppor service. They promise delivery from the morning but in delivery day they told me that delivery will be afternoon. 4 guys stand and wait for delivery all day. Rubbish service

   This branch is really bad compared to others. Ordered materials couple of days ago to be delivered on site yesterday. Haven't arrived at all. 4 people on site waiting, had to go home. Been promised the materials will be definitely delivered first thing in the morning today and again 4 workers waiting and having nothing to do. Finally arrived at 12:30. Very unprofessional and unreliable.

   I went there two days ago, and two employees girls was chatting about one min together!! When I ask here to start, she was very unity with me! And called me lazy!! Very unprofessional! Here name is Anna Philip! I don’t know why some of selco employees feel used when they are get paid for their job!
