    If I could I would put zero stars. I bought numerous items from this store throughout the years as I live locally. I’m all for keeping the local business afloat but this completely changed my mind. I bought a lightbulb that turned out to be faulty and after going back and after 7 days and returning the item I was denied another lightbulb. UK law STATES THAT YOU HAVE 30 DAYS FOR RETURNING A FAULTY ITEM AND ANY BUSINESS OPERATING ON UK GROUNDS MUST OPERATE UNDER THESE CIRCUMSTANCES. Other than the law I would like to add that I spent a reasonable amount of money in this store and now for a light bulb you have lost a valuable local customer. Not just myself but my whole household and friends in the neighbourhood. I really don’t understand the mindset of neglecting your local people when you run a small business that thrives and survives on locals. The level of customer care is just unreasonable and embarrassing. No wonder people shop online.

    Bought a powerbank, because my mobile was drained on my tours through london. Very nice powerbank, served the purpose well and will stay in use even after the trip has already ended. Decent price, very friendly staff. Also, from what I could see, very vast variety of products offered there. Almost anything someone could need in the neighborhood.

    So I purchased an iPhone charger cable last year around October/November and registered my warranty with Daewoo which gives me a 3 year warranty. My cable stopped working last night and so this morning I contacted Daewoo who advised me to go back to the place of purchase to get an exchange or refund as my warranty is valid. It tells anybody in black and white on the leaflet which came inside the box that you should take it back to the place of purchase for a refund/exchange. The man who I dealt with today was very reluctant to do either one of these for me. All I wanted was an exchange and even after showing him the paragraph on the leaflet where it states to return it back to the place of purchase, he completely dismissed this and insisted it was down to Daewoo to deal with it. My mother goes to this shop quite regularly and has never encountered such rudeness . When I said that I would be placing a complaint, his response "be my guest". Terrible customer service.
