   Best customer service EVER. In a world of bad customer service, the team here really enforce your hopes that there are still great people in here to help you. Anwar was a just great in helping my elderly dad today. He understood that the tile my dad wanted to replace was over a hundred years old, he provided a great solution and was very patient and also went above and beyond to help him. Thank you Anwar.

   Very unprofessional and poor service - the goods were not delivered as promised. They lied every time I called. The staff shows a complete lack of respect towards clients. Use any branch, but not the one in Cricklewood.

I found the staff very friendly and helpful, In particular the young lady behind the counter, she was very helpful and extremely knowledgeable on the product I was purchasing.    Some idiotic shop as they state cheap prices on the website but when you go in store they add on a heap of hidden charges. Also on the website it said that the selected item was in stock at the nearest shop but when we went, turns out they didn't stock it at all!

   This place is useless.You phone them and no one picks up, you email them and no one responds, you ring their central number to check stock and the response is blase'. The prices online are different from the store. I went in to buy a product and was told the price, but he added on the cost of delivery to their store! What a cheek!
