   The shower unit taps, hose, shower head, I brought were good, the wall bracket made in plastic had insufficient firmness to hold the shower head in place. My second visit; Alex, who initially sold me the shower unit, was a good sympathetic listener and did not rush with my query regarding the plastic wall bracket which I brought back. He went to the plumbing supplies next door brought back a much better looking chrome plated zinc wall bracket and let me have it at half price. It screwed in easily and holds the shower head securely in place. Thank you.

   I have now ordered four bathrooms from Burge and Gunson over the past 17 years. They have a really good showroom in Colliers Wood and I have always got excellent advice from the sales team there. The products and fittings are of a high quality and their prices are competitive. I highly recommend Burge and Gunson.

   including an expensive Cross water shower head alone over £500. They have very good showroom with lots of options that I must agree. Sale service is also good. Unfortunately the shower head was faulty, missing grub screws and not fitting it properly. It was heavy item and could cause injury if not properly fit. I had to pay 5 visits to their store, each time the front desk staff refusing to accept the fault, being dismissive and rude. I was told "Once you buy the product and go out of the door it is not our responsibility. You deal with the actual company". Finally after long argument and demonstrating the product is faulty and dangerous to use they accepted it back. 6 weeks since then I still haven't received refund!! If I don't get it I will be taking them to consumer court.

   We had full house refurbishment and bought 2 new bathrooms from Burge and Gunson. Fantastic customer service both pre-sale and after-sale. We are VERY HAPPY with ALL the high quality products we bought. A big thanks to Alex for all the help over the last 18 months. Highly recommended.

   Great selection of bathrooms items. I was told by one sale staff that this is a premium store. At least £5000 for buying items- (shower, toilet and sink) for a very small bathroom. Great place to go if you do not have a budget constraint - I had a budget constraint so decided to go elsewhere.

   I had an issue from another supplier so headed of to Burge & Gunson. Kevin was fantastic, he spent a lot of time sourcing the correct colour variations of each and very product. He ensured what I wanted was Actually in stock and not on never ending lead times. I wish I have placed the entire projects order with Burge & Gunson.
