These guys are fantastic! I am visiting London from overseas and had a suitcase handle break a couple of days ago. It looked like I could fix it with a nut and bolt, so I took the suitcase into Hampstead Hardware, to see if I could buy the bits I needed. Not only did they have the hardware, but one of the guys fixed my suitcase handle on the spot - I don't carry a screwdriver with me on my travels! Great service, and they didn't charge me a penny!
This shop has everything you could need and the guys working there can’t do enough to help you. They even helped me fix a lamp I was very attached to. Great shop, great service. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful shop with such helpful staff. I walked all over the place looking for someone to cut some plastic for me and they were the only people who were willing and did it perfectly and DID NOT charge for it - amazing!!

That is the best news of this end of year. Ahhhhhh at least a hardware store in the area. So helpful, no longer need to go to Homebase in Finchley and spending to find what you need on the shelves... because in this new store you can talk with people who can advise you. I have not buy anything yet, just visited, but the store is very well stocked, brightly new and well disposed. A great high five to the staff!!
