Staff are normally very helpful and friendly. However today there was a rude of member of staff I’m guessing new. For the first time was put off using this store. Terrible attitude. Customer service and a smile goes along way!
Perfect store for houseplants and DIY projects. Great location with spacious outdoor parking area. There is a garden at the back of the store and you can find many different types of products in there. Great prices for multi buys.
Totally deserted with employees that do not care. I wanted to buy flowers and did not have any cash on me to get a trolley. One of the employees in a totally apathetic way told me that it was not her problem how I could get one. By going to the garden all the plants were dead (or close to being dead). A lovely chap explained that the gardener was on holidays (so I guess the management decided to let all their stock die instead of passing this responsibility to someone else). Although it is nearby, I do not think I will be visiting again soon. I prefer instead to drive 20-30min and spend my money in a store with helpful stuff and good quality of products.

They have some nice plants in the outside area and the shop is easy to reach, but many of their items are poor quality. Unless you’re really desperate for the things they sell, I’d recommend going elsewhere.

Got some great cons - lots of space, so can walk easily in isles. Lots of signs so it's easy to navigate and find what your looking for. The team are friendly and helpful. It needs a refurb - it looks dated and tired. Things like there are no displays of the tiles on offer, you just have to search through the piles to see designs and colours available.
Just popped over to get some decorating materials Quite a large selection of DIY and their paint section is quite good Car parking free for up to one hour get your parking ticket stamped over at the supermarket if you need 2 hours Store has just re opened for the pandemic easing measures not many staff on but they are extremely helpful and they have instigated good social distancing measures
