Purchased a suitcase from here... the lock was jammed and would not let me set a code then the zip inside was broken for the netting section.... took it back for replacement but told no chance and that I was conning them???? Over the years I have spent hundreds of pounds in this shop for homeware items in particular when donating blankets for charities...Grenfell...PK floods...Afghanistan earthquake... I would always buy from here to support local businesses... absolutely disgraceful behaviour by them to insult local customers in this way after all we do to support them.
