   After multiple visits to this DIY center, it’s clear that customer satisfaction and product quality are not priorities here. The materials are overpriced, and the store repeatedly sells expired products—not just by a few months, but by several years. A specific example is Repair Care Dry Seal MP Putty (290 ml), which I attempted to purchase multiple times. I noticed the product was expired and informed the shop staff, expecting them to remove it from the shelves. Instead, they merely checked for an alternative and, upon finding none, left the expired product for sale. Shockingly, when I returned a week later, the same outdated stock was still available. Even after six months, the expired products remained on the shelves. This raises serious concerns about quality control and business ethics. Selling expired materials—especially in construction and repair—can compromise safety and performance. Despite bringing this to the staff’s attention, no corrective action was taken.

   Called to confirm that my order was on delivery. I kept being told that my reference number wasn't theirs and the guy kept just talking over me as I tried to explain I had already paid. He then just hung up on me. Rude and condescending, and apparently wrong as my order did eventually turn up.
