Your service and treatment was really bad. Even though you tried to be friendly and having conversations with me, what you said really hurt me and it still bothers me today. Your comments made towards me were insensitive, inappropriate, insulting and unnecessary. Don’t just bluntly say anything that makes your customers feel uncomfortable. Also, the thing you sold me was way more expensive than what I could have gotten at other places. Really spoiled my day. Never come back to the store again.
Good customer service. Helpful staff. I bought a hosepipe and runner beans and dwarf beans seeds to plant. The place (on Portobell Road Market) is choc-o-bloc. Everything you need for household items, cars, gardening. You name it. They have it. Ladders, paints, varnish, incense sticks, candles, trolley baskets, flower pots, etc.
They are the loveliest and the best in the neighbourhood

absolutely love this chain of stores and the staff.the guys in here are just so warm and friendly.especially assad,abs,sian and the joker omar.anything i need for the home i get from these guys.even when i dont need anything i pop in and say hello.i probably spent to much time with these guys and probably bore them at times but they are just so sweet.if every one was like these guys the world would be such a nicer place (damien)
