Must be the only company in London insisting on click and collect only. I called to yard, was told I would need a time slot which would take 24 hours minimum to get. I was the only van in yard and did not get served. Whilst the forklift driver was asleep on the forklift. I was advised by a guy in the yard to go to travis perkins. How on earth do they hope to remain in business
A place where everything is too much trouble. Bad attitude. Can't see this business doing well in future. Turned up with a collection reference number only to be told there was zero chance of collecting the arranged material .
Can be pretty chaotic due to limited space for deliveries and collections. Also, worth checking before travelling they have stock, as discovered they can sell stock you have reserved before you get there!
