Five missed deadlines, wrong orders, cracked tiles. My tiler ended up walking off the job due to the delays. Still haven’t got my tiles. Will never use CTD again.
We visited the store today to pick up our order and due to traffic we were restricted on time, so after calling the store in advance to let them know the team were great in preparing our order in advance so it was ready when we arrived. Micky at reception desk was extremely friendly and processed our payment quickly and the boys Jake & James would not allow us to lift a finger and loaded our order for us too! We were very happy with the service we received and the team were extremely friendly and helpful.
Massive and well stocked tile shop. Large and airy showroom with a hugely wide range of tiles of every sort. Easy parking round the back and friendly and helpful staff in store.
