I've popped in a few times to buy some small lengths of timber for woodworking projects. They're always very helpful and accomodating to non-trade customers. You get a better price ordering in store than click and collect, I choose what I want online then show them my phone.

Amazing service at Fulham Timber in Brixton. These guys went out of their way to help me sort out a shelf - it was only a small job but Rafal in particular made it a great experience (not something you often say about getting some boards cut!). Thanks guys
Can't fault Fulham Timber. I've used several depots and they have all done a great job. Always helped me out with my crazy cut lists and been patient with my small fry home diy jobs! Pricing is good to and they cut from scrap left overs to help you save money on full boards. Cheaper than Internet options for sure.
Great products at great prices and great customer service. Bought some pine moulding at about a quarter of the price compared to B&Q etc. As I was on the bike I had to cut it down but they were so friendly to do it for me. Will go again.
I have had an account with these folks for 10 years now and service is always great. Never been into the branch as I always order by phone or email. Pick up the phone, usually get straight through, order taken quickly and they will tell you exactly when your delivery is coming. Don't need to beg for a discount either, good prices.
I ordered 15m 12x100mm Nominal Size PAR Joinery Quality Redwood Square Edge. The actual measurements of what I was delivered was 7.4x91.7mm. So almost 40% thinner than what I needed/paid for. When complaining (with photos that showed the actual size of the timber) I was told it was only 'nominal' estimated measurements. I should expect it to be thinner, and apparently 38% is perfectly normal. Also, if I ACTUALLY wanted 12mm, they offered to price that up for me (!?). Now I have 15m of unusable wood in my garage. Really nice guys. First delivery I had (during lockdown of 2020!) came early and extremely nice driver. Really helpful and kept his social distance while delivering the timber. Just made my second order of supplies. Had an issue with the amount of skirting I'd ordered (1 metre short, my fault!) sent an email, got straight back to me telling me they'd sorted it. 10/10. Won't be going anywhere else for my timber needs any time soon!
