   Rudely told.upon entry into an absolute tip that it was trade only. I explained that I just needed connections to plump in a washing machine for a homeless person just housed and was told they did not carry what was needed! I asked what they did have and tried to flog a tap with compression and a metre of copper pipe as he had no offcuts!! Rip off priced. Avoid

   Wow wow wow!!!! What a gold mine. This shop has everything you could possibly need! Including the kitchen sink!! The staff went above and beyond to meet my needs and even ordered other stuff for me next day delivery at brilliant prices. Highly recommend. Firoza

   Devastating experience. Unqualified personnel and equally less willing to work. Obviously in this shop they only want to work with professional plumbers: do not expect to receive any kind of civil assistance, but use this shop as if it was an online shop. I have seen reptiles with more interpersonal skills

   Poor service and they treat customers really badly. very rude and rough. The shop is also messy, untidy and badly stocked. I won't go back there even if I may really need as their lack of expertise. Strongly disappointed

   Absolutely awful store, they are exactly the kind of people who give small shops a bad reputation. Only looking to take the most amount of money from you as possible. Very difficult to get a refund, the equivalent of giving money to sharks! They will try to bite you if you try to take it back for poor quality items. Their behaviour is very rude, completely classless and uneducated - this is reflected in their actions. Poor quality items and even poorer quality customer service, I've seen happier people at funerals! Take some advice go to a bigger shop, save yourself the time and hassle. Trust me you'll thank me for it!

   If you need anything plumbing this is an Alladins cave that will almost definitely help you out! The shop is very full of thousands of different plumbing parts and fittings! You as a customer will be served by the very knowledgeable helpful boss! He knows his stuff and stock so if you can't find it he'll know exactly where it is and how it works! The prices are very reasonable and they open 7 days a week! Tucked away in West Croydon it is a rare treasure of a shop!
