   I went to this store as I was experiencing pain due to arthritis. I was very apprehensive and had limited knowledge about products that could help me. The man in the shop (I think his name was Liam) put me at ease straight away and supported me to make choices about what could help me. He explained all the different types that were available to me and he was extremely patient waiting for me to decide or explaining again if I had forgotten. I highly recommend the products and customer service I recieved. If you are unsure just pop in and try for yourself.

   I had a great experience at Top Smoke! The shop has a solid selection of accessories, and smoking essentials — everything is well laid out and easy to find. The staff were super friendly and really know their stuff, helping me pick the right device without any pressure. Prices are fair, and the atmosphere is chill and welcoming. Definitely my go-to spot now — highly recommend if you’re in Runcorn or nearby!

   I recently visited Top Smoke and was helped by their new employee, Rebecca. I have to say, I was thoroughly impressed by her level of service and attention to detail. She greeted me with a warm smile and immediately made me feel welcome in the store. She was extremely knowledgeable about the products and took the time to answer all of my questions with patience and care. Not only was Rebecca helpful in finding the products I needed, but she also made great recommendations for me to try. Her willingness to listen to my preferences and offer tailored suggestions really set her apart from other employees I've encountered at head shops. Overall, my experience with Rebecca was fantastic. She truly went above and beyond to ensure that I had a positive experience at the store. I highly recommend Top Smoke and especially the excellent customer service provided by Rebecca. She's definitely an asset to the store and I look forward to my next visit.

   Fella in there is all day, looks after you with anything you need or want. My go-to for when I drop my bong which is once a week cause I smoke so much weed that my hand eye co ordination is cabbaged.
