Went In to get some advice on liquids and the man behind the counter turned round and said, are you done picking because I have other customers to serve looking at a man who was looking at devices. Don't think that was very fair as all customers should be treated equally no matter the value of the sale.

It's nice good setting hardly ever has what I need but. I didn't purchase from here so i can't expect them to have the parts for it.

best shop in town by far. customer service is bang on.good range of ecigs from simple starter type ecigs through to re buildable ones. Aaron is a wealth of knowledge and goes the extra mile.but all of the staff are good. the coffee is pretty decent too. i'd give the shop 10 stars if I could.
Used to be a great place with stock, but now it's empty and disappointing choices. The last 5 visits I've been turned away by staff because there's no stock. Staff are always polite and well educated . 25/04/2018 Thank you for your response. It's basic stuff such as coils for sub-ohm tanks to wire/cotton for drippers. Local businesses have them in stock so not a supplier issue surely. Continuous visits on a weekly basis with promises to replenish stock becomes repetitive and as a result I've not been back in since. Your range of juices is somewhat average with competitors , but this has never been an issue.
