   I’ve had repeated issues dealing with the Croydon Depot when trying to purchase front doors. Unfortunately, every order has been a mess due to poor communication and lack of organization. It’s frustrating that there are no alternative branches to deal with, otherwise I’d certainly go elsewhere. The staff, including Justin and Jason, urgently need better training—or the company should take responsibility and raise its customer service standards. I’ve had to keep returning because of faulty locking mechanisms on doors I purchased from GAP, along with other ongoing issues. Even the basics, such as supplying the correct coloured furniture and parts, have been repeatedly wrong. At this point, I am speechless and exhausted from dealing with GAP. If you have the option, I strongly recommend choosing another company

   Avoid This Company – Complete Waste of Time and Energy I strongly advise against using this company. My experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. Jason and Justin appears completely disorganised and uninterested in providing even basic customer service. No one seems to check whether parts are actually in stock before scheduling delivery, and when the items do arrive, they're often incomplete — making installation impossible. I've repeatedly received doors with missing or incorrect components, and each time, it causes unnecessary delays and wasted time. To make matters worse, there’s never any clear communication about delivery dates or what to expect. You're left chasing them for updates, only to get vague answers or none at all. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, avoid this company at all costs. It’s just not worth the hassle.

They never let us down and if there are any issues, these are rectified promptly. The Branch Manager (Dean) is extremely helpful and will always go above and beyond.

   DO NOT BUY FROM THIS STORE. The depot made mistakes on my order, and the issues has not been resolved. Service is catastrophic and the staff are unhelpful. DO NOT BUY. GAP, if you see this review please contact me as you owe me a lot of money!!

   They made a lot of mistakes with our windows, handles in the wrong places and also handles the wrong way round. One window was delivered with the glass broken and they pretended not to notice!
