   Great Customer Service from Charlie and Sajdit, I needed a replacement ideal standard bath panel after 17 years and these guys helped source the correct panel. One thing that's not listed on there web site is that they have an online portal to ideal standard and we're able to confirm the original part details and were able to get it ordered in ordered in with next day delivery. So if in doubt, Pop in and talk to the Team who are only too happy to help and advise you. Guys A Big Thank You ❤️

   The worst ever unprofessional team in building depots. I am a builder for almost 10 years in London.Never found so unprofessionals and arogants staff in any builder depots in London.Simon the counter boy anf his team awaful behave they act like they own the company .I hope someone from top management will read this review and gave them a nice costumer service training acorrding 2023 standards. I was apply to open a trade account with Acrelane but no thank you. Horrible staff horrbile costumer experience!!!!

   I was recommended acre lane timber by a friend for a project, and requested a piece of 2x1 PAR timber at 2.4m and sadly discovered once at my studio that the piece was cut 2cm short. Unfortunately this is extremely inconvenient and I will not be returning to this wood store. Rated 2 stars for each cm missed.

   The service I receive is fantastic. I have confidence that Mike will find the timber I want at the right quality and at a good price, offering suggestions on what best suits the application. His advice is always practice and helpful. Mike goes out of his way to find what you want. If a particular moulding isn't available, he offers ways to achieve the profile with standard sections. I also like to patronize a family business, since I believe you receive personal attention. I have used Acrelane Timber off and on for decades, as the need arises.

   Called in with measurements for 4 shelves. The gent on the front desk couldn’t have been more helpful. He quickly found some great, thick plywood (doesn’t even need painting) in the offcuts (much cheaper) and showed me it to make sure I was happy. He then cut the shelves to the exact sizes requested in only a few minutes. Also gave me an extra panel! Will definitely be back for my next DIY job.

   I was recommended to the plumbing department by my plumber. I had a consultation with Dan who showed me all the various options available on the market and within my budget. His technical knowledge surpassed my expectations and he was able to advise on where to make savings without compromising on quality and reliability. I purchased all the fixtures and fittings from there at a very good price. When I had a small issue with the regulator on the shower Dan resolved this issue personally and in a prompt manner. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company to family and friends and it will be my first stop for any future purchases.
