   Went today for a coil and there was a sign on the door saying “back in 10 mins” I asked the beauty technician how long had passed, they said around 10 mins… so I waited around, 30 mins had past and still nothing, shutters down, disgrace came out of my way to stand around for 30 mins and they where clearly going to be longer then what the note stated avoid.

   Sold me faulty goods, I have video evidence showing vape pen melting when I showed the sales assistant, I was expecting OMG so sorry, was there any damge or was anybody hurt ect but all I got (after a call to their head office) was we cant refund you. Amazing. I only told them to warn them of there faulty product that could potentialy kill people in a fire.

   DONT BUY FROM HERE! The sold me a faulty product which broke less than 24 hours after purchase and then tried to say that it was my fault and I would have to pay £12 for sorting it!! The shop assistant was clueless. The manager who was on the end of a phone was just as bad and only made the exchange after i called to complain after I left the stall. he kept telling me 'He'd let me speak once he'd finished'? I hadnt even said anything! There are other vape stores on the high street. Go there instead and save yourself the grief.
