   Hello again Asad, Reaching you via Facebook, instagram & Google review as you keep ignoring me. You own me over £325. Following our recent phone conversation, I would like to request confirmation regarding the refund you mentioned was processed last week. I'm waiting for my money back since from 3 weeks. You said, you will share an email with me immediately but still haven't received any.. since from 14:00. Could you please provide the email confirmation of the transaction asap. Additionally, I would appreciate it if you could let me know when I can expect the funds to be returned to my account. Do not ignore my emails, this is deeply disrespectful. You are not refunding my money since from 3 weeks & not responding for emails. Please note that this matter has now been formally submitted through the appropriate channels to both of the following organisations: - Citizens Advice Customer Service - Resolver UK I trust this will be taken seriously & resolved promptly asap.    Scam website. Looks genuine with lots of reviews but in fact no actual premises. Paid for tiles and pallet delivery ans nothing arrived. Unable to contact them.

   Scammers ! This is fake webpage. They will contact you immediately after you make purchase and take any amount under £100. They called me immediately after I made a purchase and offered me a better time for extra £70. After taking my money, they disappeared on the this air. No answer to email or phone calls. They are scammers. They are same scammers like selling cheap air tickets who scams people. Please never ever buy from this people. They are not a real seller.

   We placed an order Tiles Delux online. Delivery was suppose to take place the next day. We did not receive our delivery. We have tried contacting the company via various platforms with no response. I will have to report the transaction to our card providers to reclaim what we have paid them. Will not recommend this company.
