   I had these guys attend my wedding at waterton park. Beforehand I visited them to view the birds and selected with advice from one of the team. The guys were amazing with the birds and with the guests. The whole experience went down amazingly with everyone at the wedding. We were able to hold 5 different birds of prey and had an amazing flying display which my guests loved. The handlers were amazing, sharing information and facts about the birds and the flying display really gave them time to talk about the birds. Amazing team and well worth the money. Thank you for making my wedding even more memorable.

   Me and my wife Margaret had a fantastic Full Day Experience yesterday at SMJ Falconry. To be up close and to be able to fly such magnificent birds of prey is a truly amazing experience We both thoroughly enjoyed our time there. The staff are great and a special thank you to Stephen and Will, the bird handlers for their expert guidance and their knowledge of all the birds.    What an amazing day! Chis and the team at SMJ were incredible. You can tell they have such a passion for what they do. This is shown with the detail of information about each bird and how well they are loved and cared for. A very welcoming and comfortable place to visit. Being able to fly multiple birds from owls to falcons was the highlight of the day, each bird showing their different personalities. We cannot recommend booking an experience day enough! We drove 4 hours and it was 100% worth the journey. We’ll be back soon. Thank you!

   Absolutely fabulous afternoon. A lovely guided tour of all the birds, learning about their backgrounds and their personalities! Followed by a truly amazing flying session with 4 of the birds out in the field. The staff are great and the birds are just beautiful and amazing.

   My wife took me and my daughter for my birthday. I've been with birds of prey before but the range of birds there was great. Got to fly many of them and really enjoyed Millie the Raven.    What an absolutely amazing day we have both had today! We did the VIP experience day. Rhiannon was just excellent and really knew her stuff. Our favourite quote if the day was 'the brains arent bad, the eyeballs are worse, they stain' which made us laugh! We were able to handle 14 birds during our visit and fly we think 10 of those - one on a short hawk walk which was just a great experience. We were also introduced to a lot of the other birds in their aviaries perches. We genuinely couldn't choose a favourite but Willow was amazing, Tonto was adorable and friendly, Ivan was so majestic, Julianne such a great character, Peter was lovely, Twighlight a good showgirl and of course Arlo was such a show stopper! The surroundings are stunning. We cannot recommend SMJ enough. 5 stars not enough!

   Brilliant team of friendly and professional staff and owners, beautiful birds and just the most amazing experience. In such a gorgeous area as well, surrounded by rolling hills and valleys carved over many years by the streams and rivers. A personal favourite is Julianne, a Hooded Vulture, cheeky and full of character; she reflects how happy and well looked after all the birds are at SMJ. **Discovered today that SMJ have a 20% discount on loads of their visits and experiences, well worth a visit and vouchers are valid for 12 months, so now is a great time to buy.

   Spent the day hunting pheasants and rabbits with my lovely bird Holly. Such a great unique adventure for this Canadian tourist! I would love to be back on my next visit and I have already recommended a stop in for all my English friends.
