On rare occasions, it feels like a shame that you can’t leave higher than a five star review. This is one of them - thank you Phil and the team at LR&S for quite literally the best customer experience I have ever had. Phil was totally transparent on pricing, advising us to go for a cheaper piece before we chose the more expensive (but great value for money) live edge Cedar wood from their wide selection for our shelves. They worked exactly to our requested specifications, cut and finished the shelves beautifully and with a quick turnaround, and gave us detailed advice on how best to put the shelves up. When we made an error in installation, Phil and his team took time out of their schedules to come to our place and finish the job properly themselves. The result is an absolutely stunning piece of furniture that has put the final touch on our place and made it feel like home. The curves, marbling, and finish (which Phil advised on from their wide range of choices) make for a unique piece which in the words of the Big Lebowski really ties the room together. We are thrilled with the desk top that James and the team at London Reclamation made for us! From the outset they were super quick to respond to our initial request. We live locally so we thought we'd also pay them a visit to take a look at material samples and finishes - they were really friendly, patient and helpful with all of our questions. They turned the piece around in a very short space of time and delivered it to us. The whole experience was seamless, the price was very fair and the final product is beautiful. Brought some salvaged floorboards for my boat, good price, friendly guys, were really informative and cut my wood to size with a very fast turnaround! Even helped me load the van up afterwards - would definitely recommend :)
I ordered a bespoke bench, to go outside on my balcony. It’s beautiful, fits perfectly over the chest I had and is well protected with an outdoor, teak coloured finish. Ordering, invoice and communication was easy and the bench was ready in less time than promised. I’ll be back for more furniture for sure!
