    I wholeheartedly recommend Williams Enfield. Franco's team have been an absolute pleasure to work with over the past 10 years as my primary supplier. The in-store stock is well managed, and their ability to source any items—boilers, heating supplies, boiler parts—is fantastic. If something isn’t in stock that day, it will be by the next. Special credit goes to Anna, who is a real asset to the company for her hard work, extensive knowledge of stock across the branch (especially bathroom supplies), and dedication to those of us on the other side of the counter. She’s a true star, and I’m grateful for her support of me and my business. Of course, on occasion, I use other merchants too, but Williams Trade Enfield is my home base.

    I used Williams in the past and they were brilliant. I spent about 10.000 a year at least but I have stopped buying boilers from them in the last couple of years as I was let down on the delivery. Ordered a boiler two weeks in advance and it didn't get delivered, rang and asked for it to be delivered and they(Anna, Frankie )said we are too busy. I went and collected it and they were there Laughing and jocking , not even one customer in the shop. A few days back , I ordered a mirror cabinet for next day and I asked to be notified once they had in the shop as I need it, three days later, didn't hear nothing. Rang spoke to Anna and she didn't seem bothered about not calling to let me know. Now, I just cancelled the order as this customer service doesn't deserve my money. I am not the one to leave reviews but I was very disappointed as I was let down and I can't afford let my customers down, like they do. I hope the head office will look into it and sort it out.

    The guys at the Enfield branch always go that extra mile and often go out of their way to provide world class customer service. A really pleasant and friendly manner makes them easy to approach and i think the product range is probably the best in the industry in terms of range and availability. I always buy my boilers from them and they have never let me down. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Breakfast's good too!

    Great place to shop for your plumbing and heating parts, incredibly friendly team ( two Jamie and there is Jack) Very very very helpful. They are always ready and prepared to go the extra mile to help. They always help me over the phone to order my stuff ( boilers, parts etc), kept my boilers parts and fittings ready for me and never minded to refund when I needed.
