   We had a very positive experience coming in to the store. Shiran went above and beyond to help us find the parts we needed and suggested alternative parts as we couldn’t find what we needed. Massive thanks to him! Best customer service you could ask.

   Absolutely disgusting customer service. I came into Toolstation to return an item, three members of staff focusing on one customer, the moment that customer was dealt with, two members of staff completely disappeared into the back of the shop, I suppose a customer returning an item isn’t any good to anyone. As I waited over 15 minutes for the customer incline to be served while members of staff hid in the back of the shop. When leaving the man serving me made a rude and sarcastic remark. It’s no wonder people choose Screwfix over Toolstation when you hire lazy incompetent people to run your shop. Can’t believe how poor the service is in this shop.

   It's very frustrating buying from this branch. There is never enough staff, even if you do click and collect you have to queue like everyone else. I had to wait 20 minutes and I was the 3rd in the queue. Some people left frustrated. There were at least 2 more people in the back moving stuff around. I understand that you got things to do at the back too, but if you have the queue up to the door maybe consider to come and help that poor guy that was alone at the front

   It's a funny place this. It's next to Screwfix and largely comparable except for 2 things... 1) they won't let you see anything in a sealed box (it see if the screw is the right size) but that might just be me. The second thing is the customer service sucks. A new guy there is great but the manager and her minions just ignore you. After spending 2 minutes being ignored, and literally walked around by staff whilst avoiding eye contact I left and will quite happily and easily buy from Screwfix now. A simple "I'll just be a moment" doesn't cost the earth but seems to be fair too challenging. I just can't stand rudeness so I'll pass here in future.

   You order something and collect it. You find it's the wrong item. You take it back. They can't refund you there and then. Later you get a refund notification via Paypal and they've refunded you a different item on the order at a lesser price. Life's too short and time is too valuable to go down and bother to sort it out.

   Extremely pathetic service from Toolstation. Purchased an item on 18th August and was asked by the staff if I need a receipt. I did not, as I had purchased on my credit card and did not want to waste paper so declined. I wanted to return as it as it was not suitable for the purpose. The staff and supervisor were downright rude today and refused to help as I did not have the receipt. I showed them the purchase transaction on my credit card account but they were completely unwilling to assist. It was suggested I go to Bridgewater to the head office to make a complaint. Thankfully, there is a Screwfix right opposite, which will continue to get my custom.

   What a move for Toolstation. Was waiting for branch in Bromley long time. To make it even better Craig, the most helpful guy works here. I have known him since he was working at Catford branch. Always helpful and polite. Well done Toolstation.
