This has to be the most helpful timber yard i have ever been too. I have used this store a few times, and the customer service is always on point! The staff are amazing here and are very patient and always willing to help with their expertise no matter the project size. I will be back again. Thankyou.
Slightly smaller branch, but get good footfall and fairly well stocked.
Jon, at the Bromley store, was very helpful and friendly when we shopped for custom-cut wood. He understood what we wanted and made sure we got It at the best price. Now we have a nice little shelf behind the sofá to put our drinks on!

Better quality and much better range of products than the DIY 'sheds'. Knowledgeable staff. I don't like that they have different pricing for tradespeople with accounts, but that's the way with traditional merchants, and reflects that they want to hang on to their repeat customers. Still recommended.

Needed sheet of plywood of specific size that would fit into car and form part of new flat roof. Ordered online and promptly received quote together with warning that their saw does not work and it would need to be sent in from another branch. Had a laugh about timber yard with no working saw but the last laugh was on me. Accepted their quote, paid online, collected plywood and then got around to fixing roof only to find plywood supplied was not obviously but disastrously too small. Received no reply to request for resupply of correct size. Clearly if you buy anything here, you need to measure it before you leave - wish I had.
The only decent place to get straight quality timber near Bromley. Staff also know what there talking about and are very helpful.
What a gem of a find. Phoned up customer services and within minutes had collected my order which was absolutely great. Forget the big DIY names as half of them didn’t cut the wood and half didn’t know if they had any 12mm ply. Fabulous service and very helpful, knowledgeable and cheery staff. Very reasonably priced too. I recommend that you contact this company first. Thanks guy for helping me today.
Was recently helped by one of the gentlemen on the shop floor called John. He was able to readily understand the works I was looking to undertake, discuss the design and put forward a number of prices options from a materials perspective. I’m very happy with the knowledge, service and the various options tabled by Champion Timber to assist with pricing considerations on materials. Not something you get from all timber merchants.
