The products are good. You basically get prescriptions to go and pick up at your chosen chemist. You get 2 products and after a month or so they want you to drop a product and just go with the 1 product. Buy a 3 month NHS prescription credit online and it will only cost you a one off fee of £31odd. The phone calls are basically a waste of time. You are not being helped with this service. The only help you are getting is the agreement of the prescription. When the so called consultation comes every Monday the person doing the consultation is speaking in a tone where they don't want to be speaking to you and just want to sort the prescription out and get you off the phone as fast as possible. There's no delving into how you're feeling or if you need any help other than the products it's basically a call saying "How you doing? Still packed in". "Oh you're doing great, I'll sort you another prescription." In short if you want to pack in it's down to you yourself. Get your mindset right and then get the products off these to help you along. Go through the motions with the phone calls they way they do and use the products to help yourself. If you're looking for help in other ways then this ain't the service for that.

What an absolute joke of a service. Fuming. Over passed couple months I have tried texting a numerous times. Also tried filling online form in couple times again nothing. Can’t attend face to face because there all done during daytime working hours. Just what are these people getting paid to do. Sit at home on backside and watch TV ?

Waste of time. I called at 4.50 last friday to hear a message telling me they closed at 5.30? Phoned on Monday-no answer so text the number adding Quit as instructed. Received a call telling me it was Knowsley and they would forward details. Nothing. Text again. Nothing. A week later. Nothing. What is the point exactly please?
