Visiting High Hoops is one of the highlights of my week. Jen is equally knowledgeable and hilarious and there's a real family feel to classes. Highly recommend for anyone looking to looking to live their best circus life!
I've wanted to learn aerial hoops and silks for ages but worried i couldn't, due to being curvy. My friend and i signed up to High Hoops together and Jen is amazingly positive, full of knowledge and such fun to be around. Don't let size or fitness ability hold you back - wish i'd come sooner! :D
Jen is a brilliant teacher and the classes are great fun. Would highly recommend.
