Just a shame the yard is closing down . Not many yards left with so many different bricks . My go to branch when sourcing bricks
very rude staff, no one wanted to help me load heavy stones, unfortunately I do not recommend this store. I was in customer service. I asked for help, the person working behind the cash register said they would send someone to me and they didn't send anyone. I am very disappointed. I am very disappointed with Selco and other hardware stores have much better service. I just asked them to help me move three stones, each of which weighed 50-60 kg
Got there at 11.45. They said they shut at 12 so wouldn't let me in and weren't very polite about it. Just say you're open till 11.45 if that's when you close. Time wasters

Great stock and extremely helpful staff, There is a good atmosphere in this branch, Lewis is a top man and knows what he’s doing, I only came here since he left Stratford branch as I have always found him very helpful and friendly. Dave in hire always see you alright. Very friendly and knows his stuff, always calls back when He says he will. I would give it 5 stars but I just find the yard men not as friendly or helpful as Bow which I gave 5.
Called up the hire department and spoke to a man called Dave. He was very helpful, i needed a floor sander and edge sander. He called me back within an hr and confirmed that i could have both items for the weekend - price was very reasonable! Dave came himself to drop the machines off - overall a very good service was provided by this man and will definitely hire from here again.
