   Everything I need I can find here. From DIY tools to pet carriers, throughout the years I have been able to find everything I needed in this shop. I enjoy visiting the shop as the owner is very friendly and helpful. He has even ordered in things for me that I was unable to find elsewhere. It is a little gem in the area and we are very lucky to have it. As a previous reviewer said, it seems to be open almost all the time and it would be terribly missed if it were to close. The fact itself that Ram has been here for 43 years is a testament that his shop is an asset to the locals.

   Lived round the corner from this shop for around 4 years, the owner Ram is very friendly and has been there 43 years! Easy to get extra keys cut and any additional things you need for the house.

   I have been here many times over the years - he seems to have everything and is nearly always open plus, everything is clean and tidy. This hardware shop is an asset to the shops in Hornsey Road. If he closed we'd all miss him terribly.

   Bad bad bad, went to make copies of keys, they didn't work. Didn't want to give a refund. Went to another shop, they did it for cheaper and got it right first time. Avoid at all costs.

   AVOID AT ALL COST - BE AWARE we bought for 50£ of white paint. The two pot of paint were off - yellowish and unusable on wall or wood. Went back to explain to find and show to him the products he sold us with demonstration. The very rude owner told us we were liars, told us they were no refund and we were in the wrong. No apology - no refund and 50£ lost with unusable white paint. So BE AWARE ! It was mentioned on our local neighbourhood group and we find out this has happened to others before. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

   Bought a bulb for £3.99 and when I went to turn the item on it didn't work. Called to check about a replacement/exchange...a flat out NO! Sadly I have to give a star to post but I wouldn't if I could!
