Very poor customer service every single time I come into this store. Items I wanted were showing as 24 in stock but none on shelf. Staff refused to look in the back or assist in finding. Poor mentality and service.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had a really good experience at Wickes Canning Town. The staff were friendly and helpful, and I managed to get a great discount on what I needed. The store is well organized, making it easy to find everything quickly. Overall, a smooth and pleasant shopping trip—definitely recommend this branch!
It was a great experience shopping at Wickes Canning Town for our first house Renovation, had an amazing customer service by @Shabs & @Jordan
Manager Mo and Jordan were completely unhelpful — there was zero communication between them and no effort to assist. I was expecting a large delivery that required access to be arranged and cars cleared from the street, not easy in London with street parking! They couldn’t give any update at all on when the delivery would arrive, even though it was already loaded onto the courier’s vehicle. They claimed they couldn’t even contact the driver to ask about the route or timing. Absolutely no support or basic service provided — incredibly frustrating experience. Won’t be ordering from Wickes again.
Disappointed, misleading information on website. Selling different item then specified on their website, poor customer service.
The cashier at the till are clueless. They work extremely slow, specially chubby white girl is super slow, also they don't have any knowledge about damaged goods discount. I very rarely use this Branch because I never feel comfortable they only have one till and very narrow entrance and exit. 3 customer in the checkout feels like 30 people in front of you.
Cannot get the notes right. Wanted it delivered to some other address, but they call me in the morning to be delivered at the wrong address and then fail to rectify it and ignore everything and take the payment and saying delivery is complete. Ultra joke. Had to contact my payment company before I can even get a refund.
Come for a refund 2 boxes of tiles. Been rejected by Miss Vivian because tiles has been purchased from different store. After phone call to head office - job done! Avoid this branch or fight for your rights and u will be fine. Some people are crazy:) that all
