   Excellent service from Matas - he was friendly, helpful and had useful product knowledge. Would definitely be happy to return and shop here again. They have a good range of products & you can get a proper look at the things you need without requesting every single option individually.

   I spent two thousand on tools. One package was lost and after 3 days it still hadn't arrived. I spent a lot of time on the phone. I recently had to pay for an Uber myself to get a specific item I paid for a week ago. I had to cover additional costs due to poor organization of package packaging.

   After going through the awful experience of my vehicle being robbed over night and losing all my tools. I was recommended by a friend of a friend. I spent an hour driving all the way to Leyton branch and was delighted to meet Rich the manager. He was patient, didn't rush me and even worked beyond the closing time on a Saturday evening to get all that I needed. He was able to offer me a very competitive price as I was buying a few items. If your in despair and spending a bit and need a few items ask for Rich. Thanks again Rich. You really made my day better

   Dew to poor service that led to me wasting my time I’ll never use its Lea Bridge rd again. Stupid haggle to be honest , but genuine buyers are fed up with false information. I’ve bought a few thousand ££s of tools from this department I’m sure over my time of buying and sad to say I won’t be going to this particular store again.

   Do not purchase from this company! Terrible customer service. Terrible products. Charge £10 for returns. Unacceptable and by far the worst company I have dealt with after spending over 20k a year in tools I am glad only one tool was purchased through ITS.

   Spend 1200£ on the tools, customer service was 0. The guy was mouning that he finished his shift and he still needs to serve me. Tho i needed to choose all the tools carefully. Then he gave no other options on out of stock tools. And then some tools he added is left handed.. i mean seriously? After all he said no one is paying for me extra overtimes.. this was 5 min past 17:00....

   I am extremely happy to go there even it take me an hour to get there. The service was exceptional, large variety of tools bits and accessories for affordable price. I bought one of their Makita cordless impact drill, because of the price was so good. When the shop assistant brought the drill out I thought it was a different model. It was so small and much lighter than I expected. Now I am using it for about a few weeks and I can tell it was a good choice. It comes one year of basic warranty and an additional tree years when you register on the Makita website.
