   Ordered a collection box for a GE-SC 35/1 Einhell scarifier but apparently I ordered the box for a GE-SC 35 that isn’t compatible with my model number. Who’d have thought the /1 meant a completely different size ! Tooled up confirmed this and although the item is brand new and obviously unused because it doesn’t fit (I sent pictures to prove this) they said it was used and wouldn’t exchange the product ! Be careful with this shop when ordering as their returns policy is unforgiving.

   I received the item in good time but on inspecting the box yesterday before opening it, it was apparent that it had been resealed. After putting the wheel/stand assembly together and while marrying it up to the body, I noticed the handle was cracked (see picture). I understand these things happen, I advised Tooled Up yesterday, 24 hours later and no acknowledgement yet - let’s see how it’s handled. Rating obviously doesn’t reflect overall service at this point but the vendor has sent multiple emails asking for feedback.

   I purchased a Karcher Pressure Washer from them witch arrived broken and I immediately informed them of the issue which they initially apologised and agreed for it to be picked up from the same address where it was delivered. I prepared the product ready to be pickled up and I also filled in the return label as instructed and I choose for it to be replaced with a new one. On the day of the pick as it was approaching the limit I called them and they reassured me and insisted the courier will come but nobody did. This carried on for more than a week by them telling me daily that they will definitely come to pick up today and tomorrow and me waiting around for Father Christmas to turn up. They eventually refunded me the money and when I asked for some sort of compensation for the massive inconvenience they had caused me and all they offered was free delivery which i thought it was absolutely pathetic. To this date I find myself in the same situation where i initially started and that is without the pressure washer I committed to buy from them. Very unprofessional in my opinion and I am and remain an extremely dissatisfied customer as a result of their failures.

   Great service. Slight delay because of the postal strike but still arrived within a week. I phoned customer services just to check, got straight through and the lady confirmed it was because of the postal strike. I highly recommend this company and will use them again in a heartbeat.
