   Joseph helped us resolve a huge issue with our order which had a multitude of problems after days and days of trying to get this resolved which in itself caused us to bleed money due to delays, as this was relating to commercial work we were doing the cost of the delays were substantial. Most of the issues were the company's failings relating to delivery drivers, picking errors and one mess up relating to the order itself. This would have been a 1 star review and we would have escalated the complaint had Joseph not resolved this situation today. He made a decision which ensured our continued custom and avoided a huge complaint and request for reimbursement of our lost revenue due to City Plumbing errors. This 5 star review is not for the company but for Joseph as an individual.

   I had a dripping Ifor kitchen tap. Travis Perkins suggested City Plumbing in Petersfield. Unaware of there being such a place I went as directed. City Plumbing do supply Ifor taps but for bathrooms, however they took on the task and obtained what was needed. I could have been told not ours mate, but no Will I think his name is took it on and presented me with the items two or three days later at no cost. If he knew they were a free cost item before I am very greatful for the time and effort he put into it. If you get a service like that, it is a place to remember and support. Thank you.

   Avoid!! Worst customer service ever I entered the store and no one from city plumbing even so much as looked in my direction for a good 10 minutes. There were two members of staff behind the desk, one man backing the counter on the phone. He was the manager and was speaking to another colleague about when they will meet up and having a right old conversation which was completely not related to work in any way by the time I was standing there. There was a lady who worked for city plumber who was sitting within eye gaze of the counter and she couldn't even look at me to say someone would be with me shortly. City Plumbing share their shop with another business and I was standing there so long that the guys from the other store felt bad and were all asking me if I needed help and trying to get assistance from the back. It was not until I literally raised my voice to ask if I was going to be standing here all day - that the manager finally hung up and came to speak with me. There was no apology for my wait and to be frank, if I didn't need the part so badly I would have walked out a long time ago. I am a woman of colour and I highly doubt that any of them would have behaved in such a despicable manner towards a man. Disgusting attitude to hold especially in 2020. Would not recommend shopping here at all, the staff are extremely ill mannered
