I handed in the assembled laser for repair, waited for a response for 3 weeks, no one answered until I came myself, they gave it to me completely disassembled, they wrote down my email incorrectly I didn't receive the information because you didn't write down my details correctly. I gave you my business card with my email details. When I came to the store, you yourself showed me the incorrect details.
Walked in, to buy a cheap hammer. Guy brought 2 "cheap" hammers, to the till. - scanned one and said £17 for one and £12 for the second one. Since I desperstly needed a hammer to break something and fit it in the car, I went ahead and agreed to the "cheaper" £12 hammer. (Even though i knew i can get one for £3-4 in b&q or screwfix, but since there were no near by i agreed for the sake of it. Once I paid for the hammer, and looked at it it had a sticker that said £5, I said to the cashier why did you charge me £12 when this hammer is clearly priced as £5, he rummbled something along the lines of; our little store is going through some regeneration and changes and sticker price is no longer valid. so the price i charged you is a correct price. Since I was in a rush i had no time to confront this guy over the price, but as i look at the hammer now it keeps reminding me how I litereally got scammed, in the broad day light. Which is not cool. And you deserve this 1 star for being so confident and ripping people of in the broad day light. I have checked this "polish brand" hammer online out of curiousity to only find that it does in fact cost next to nothing in polish zlotty. (fair enough, you can charge £1000 for it and if people like me come in and choose to buy it thats fine, but dont cheat your own pricing to make extra profit unfairly. As A new business hopefully you can learn a thing or 2 from this. Sort your pricing and good luck with your business in the futute.
It was the first time that I visited the shop very impressed the staff was extremely helpful and it's a small shop but they have everything dewalt makita festool they said they will bring hilti soon
