   Avoid this store/site - DO NOT ORDER Placed an order, waited over a week for deliver. Emailed during this time and one liner email sent back, no customer care what so ever. Continued to email with no answer. Finally received Vapes x10 to find out that what I had ordered [R&M] were not sent instead got crystal Primesx10vapes were sent instead, with out any feedback of the change. I did not order and do not like. They did not inform me at any point that they were swapping these out. USELESS CUSTOMER SUPPORT. If I could rate this site zero stars I would. Avoid ordering from here. The other sites were out of stock so I change sites and I wished I had not. My normal order takes anything from 12-24hrs unlike this site/store. Avoid at all costs

   Placed an order on 26/12/2023… Received an email 7 days later to say that the product I had ordered was no longer in stock and they asked if I would like to choose something else or to request a refund. I chose to request a refund and was told on 3/1/2024 that my refund had been processed. Fast forward 15 days later I still hadn’t received my refund and now my emails are being ignored. Extremely poor business management, pitiful customer service and I most definitely will never use this company again and urge others to steer clear.

   If we could give this a zero star we would. Spent £80 on this site over 2 weeks ago still not received it. Sent email to them then after 3 days we got one back saying, posted out this is postal number! That was literally it! Still nothing. Keep ringing and no one picks up calls and the message just says can’t take call and can’t leave message! Wish we have read reviews as definitively wouldn’t have ordered from them. If anyone who works for company you really need to be abit more better with customer service

   Ordered a 5000 puff vape online which wouldn't turn off and stop smoking after a weeks use, so ordered 7 600 puff disposables as thought it was the 5000 puff ones that was faulty but they burnt out and tasted horrible after only 1-2 days use each. Messaged vapekorner online and they was rude and excused me of lying by saying that's not possible as they was a good brand, clearly not as the other 600 puff i ordered in a different brand is still going strong so far after 5 days use. I wont waste money on their site again.

   Best customer service! I had placed an order for a kit after lunch on Friday, received and email unfortunately my order was out of stock. I replied really late in the day, most other shops would have just cancelled my order by this stage, but the staff here sent me an amazing gift box in its place which I received before 1pm the next day to Northern Ireland! :D Couldn't recommended these guys enough will defo be ordering again, and pointing friends in their direction.
