   I would give 0 if I could. Rude and obnoxious people. Doing a job in Hornchurch and Parker across the pavement during school run time. Pushchairs and young children as well as wheelchair users being made to go on to a main road all whilst the men stand there laughing and joking at everyone having to do this. Absolutely no consideration for the public, refused to move or even be helpful at all!

   For 1 best to not to go if your English, number 2 the site when u walk in where the materials are is very dangerous, with forklifts flying around every corner, the drivers don't care and for me its only a matter of time till someone gets hurt,number 3 the staff don't seem like they want to help u, maybe if u speak the language u might be ok, number 4 when I'm trying to call back regarding a decent size order for 1000 odd pound no one answers, 5 if I was the boss I would not be happy and would sack least 80 percent of them,

   I recently visited (7/12/2024) and deeply regretted it. The staff were rude, dismissive, and arrogant—completely unhelpful in every way. I really wish I had checked the reviews first, as I’m clearly not the only one who has experienced their terrible customer service. There are plenty of other stores in the area, where the staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and go out of their way to help. Don’t waste your time here—there are much better options nearby.

   Have been using IBS since November last year and have found everything I need all in one store. Really surprised to get same day delivery when I was running low on materials. Drivers are very helpful on placing my materials on site exactly where I need them. I happy to support a local company rather than the big nationwide suppliers especially when they can beat them on prices. Thanks to everyone at IBS. Keep up the good work.

   Very bad experience. ordered material through Amar who took our order. told us that goods will be delivered between 7am and 10am. we had to wait till 4pm. I asked the driver who confirmed they have put us last on the list. workers were sitting all day waiting for material. surprise surprise, wrong panels turned up. had to return them again next day. then ordered gravel board. turned up day after with 3 cracks. this whole saga took 4 days and I am still without gravel board because they now want to refund me and dont want to sell gravel board. Amar said all gravel boards are cracked. I would never ever deal with them again. beware if you want to deal with them. owners dont sit in the shop. cheap Indian labor have been recruited who have no clue about customer services or there products. bunch of monkeys sitting at the tills.
