   I have used this Screwfix for many months many times a week and often have similar issues when a particular manager is in charge, he has a terrible attitude and is very very rude, making the simplest of things complicated and quite impossible! I belive there are 2 managers and they literally are worlds apart, the nice polite freidnly manager usually can't help enough. I'm sure many of these negative reviews are intended for the same member of staff and if you visit the store and are unlucky enough to have him on shift and serve you it will be very clear. Screwfix please send in some secret shoppers and assess your so called managers customer service!

   I'm affraid I can only describe my experience today at screwfix sidcup as shambolic . The lack of support of the staff needs from the senior mangement to be revaluated and proactively reconsidered by listening to the front line and your loyal customers. I was advised to click and collect which I assume meant my purchase that was paid in advance would be handed to me in a short space of my attendance.. how wrong firstly all the customers are queueing in one line whether that was click and collect or go in the store to actually place ther order which profoundly affects the length of time your operative takes to complete that one transaction . Why cant the operative standing at the door be taking the orders from the customers who did not click and collect. Those transactions could be delivered to the computer via his transponder And picked instead of him standing alongside us doing nil.
