Wouldn’t even give 1 star. Ordered on 18 December and not been a word of correspondence since apart from an order confirmation. Thankfully I bought on credit card so currently doing a chargeback / dispute. Don’t order from here whatever you do look at the other reviews it’s the same
The product was delivered within the three working days advertised and was as described. The price was good. Only four stars as their communication was very poor, no tracking information sent out, the website order history/tracking does not work and when I phoned up (twice) the people I spoke to could not provide any information on my order. Tech, and customer service, should be far better than this in the current age.

VERY good customer service. A power toll I bought in 2016 has been stolen recently and they were able to quickly send the original invoice for the insurance claim. Excellent service!
Ordered an item and selected next day delivery and a week later still never recieved my item, so went elsewhere to buy it and asked for a refund. However the company replied and said they didn't have the item in stock and would send it when they had it in stock although I specifically said that I got the item somewhere else and wanted a refund. So it took 2 weeks for the company to deliver the item and now I'm expected to pay to send it back for a refund. Would not recommend ordering from this company, their customer service is shocking and they're not worth the 1 star that I had to give them, won't be ordering from them again.
Phoned them to ask if they had a pair of chainsaw trousers in stock that's on there website and the guy didn't even know they sell chainsaw trousers
Avoid this company, took well over a month to receive my items and only after opening a case with PayPal. Very poor response to emails for delivery update or refund requests. It seems to me they take your order knowing they have no stock and then place an order with their suppliers, hoping they receive it quickly.
Very bad experience. I've ordered an item in January and haven't received it even after 7 weeks. I've called the company 3 times to get na update, emailed support team at least 6 times and even didn't get an answer on my emails. I can tell that this company has real issue with customer service and will lose many customers if they carry on like that :( However, today I was lucky and spoke to someone who was a bit more helpful and helped me to get the refund. Thank you for that!
Ordered a Stihl leaf blower online, it hadn’t arrived late afternoon on the day expected so I contacted the customer services and spoke to a lady who was most helpful, pleasant and witty she confirmed my order was on the way. Half an hour later the blower arrived. It started easily, is now in regular use and was bought at a most competitive price. Great!!
