    I ordered paint from Johnstone’s based on their promise: “Your order will be available for collection at your chosen Johnstone’s Decorating Centre within 2 hours.” (This is seen in the collection information section at the bottom of the invoice screenshot) I arrived the day after placing the order, only to be told they didn’t have the paint in stock. No one had bothered to contact me about any issues, despite their stated policy of contacting the customer if any issues take place (also seen in collection information). Instead of my desired paint, I was told I could have a substitute paint for £10 more — as if their mistake was somehow my expense! I was then informed that the nearest store with my paint in stock was in Crayford, forcing me into an unnecessary trip. This was an unprofessional and frustrating experience from start to finish.

From start to finish Tracy took the time to go through & ensure the colours matched up with what I was looking for & I am so happy with how they look on the walls.     I went into the Orpington branch and didn't have a clue as to what I wanted, the new manager Tracy helped me decide she is very knowledgeable and a asset to your business. I did go in this store before but it wasn't very well stocked and I wasn't approached by staff I was dubious as to whether I would go again but I'm so glad I did. Thank you for all your help tracy
