Fahmida at barking was amazing on the 16/08/25 her customer service was the best I’ve ever received and she really helped me out with a big order I placed. Sat in the car waiting for my toddler to wake up so I can take him in with me the flies are everywhere here it’s awful & ringing customer services explaining the situation they would rather cancel the order than literally say you’ve arrived & bring the items out to the back door like they do for bulky items. Nother hurdle for us single moms eh!

I have click and colllection, i have received the collection confirmation. Im arrived, type in my confirmation number and i waiting (i was the only customer at this time) I waiting more then 10min i ask 3 times about my items (3 item) The stuff just hide behind the wall and just talk.....
Service is good new manager is very nice he understands customer's issues, thanks for changing previous staff. Still the best.
Claim to “price match” but they will only price match if difference is a few pennies… store selling product £10 cheaper was closed till morning - screw fix open till 8pm falsely claim to have a price match policy but they won’t stand by that policy if the difference is too much for them to stomach. Don’t say you “price match” if you don’t.
Friendly staff very knowledgeable, quick service. And lots of customer parking.
