Juned served me today and he was excellent. He served me quickly, with a smile and was extremely welcoming. I will be coming back again.
I was served by staff her name was Courtney she was very rude So when I ask to see manager about her behaviour then she said she is the manager and she refused to serve me. I did recorded all the conversation on my phone.
Jay, Jordan and Courtney gave me excellent customer service today for a tool that I needed. Would recommend!
Courtney was polite, showed patience in dealing with my query. She managed to address my problem which other sales staff in the previous 6 stores I had earlier visited could solve. She is an asset to your organisation and please say thank you to her. I will definitely visit your store again in TBD future.
Poor attitude from majority of the staff. N (She has contacted me personally since and requested for her name to be removed) the "Manager" is very confrontational and thinks she owns the place. Fellow customers - do yourself a favour and go to a different branch.
Have visited few times and have always found all staff very helpful and professional, special mention to John who went above and beyond to help me.

Next Day Delivery 48 hours late. Tried to speak to someone on the phone only to be greeted by an unattended recording with the usual "we are expecting very high call volumes" "average call time waiting is thirty, seven, minutes" 37 Mins!!!!
First time been there. Purchased an item from their website this morning. I chose to collect selected location and ready to collect in 5mins. Wow that was quick. The shop is located in an industry estate good parking bay. I was 2nd in the queue and there were 3 check out staff, and just waited 1min to be served. Gave my order code and walked out with my item. It was a very good experience no hustle what so ever.
I have made 2 visits to this branch and both times, the staff were amazing. Sofia in particular was exceptionally helpful. Not only did she advise me on how to use the product I came to collect, but also showed great care ensuring that our entire experience was very pleasant.
